Our basic villa renovation starts from AED 120 per sq ft and covers flooring, painting, ceiling modification, kitchen cabinets, lighting and a complete bathroom renovation. The final price depends on your layout, finishes and scope, so we confirm it after a free site visit.
Do you handle the approvals?
Yes. Where your community or the authorities require approval for the works, we prepare the drawings and handle the application as part of the project.
Can we stay in the villa during the work?
It depends on the scope. For room-by-room work we can phase the project; for full renovations most clients move out for the main works. We plan this with you before we start.
